This was my first time shooting a sport, and I cho

This was my first time shooting a sport, and I chose to do it with a vintage manual lens, knowing it would force me to see differently. Tracking fast bodies with no autofocus pushed me to slow down, trust instinct, and accept that not every moment would be caught perfectly. Somewhere between missed frames and unexpected hits, it stopped being about the photos and started feeling like a lesson. It mirrors where I am right now: leaning into new challenges, staying uncomfortable, and learning through the process instead of the result. Inspired by the energy of that arena and the reminder that growth lives in motion.
